Ayat provides a warranty against defects in the construction for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the buyer. This warranty also provides coverage in the event of faulty electrical and plumbing materials and/or installation. During the 12-month period Ayat covers any expense incurred for the purpose of rectifying defects in the villa.
